Platycoryphe Trilobites

Here is an extremely rare trilobite from the Dillsboro Formation of Indiana.  The Platycoryphe was only known by parts until a productive outcrop in southern Indiana produced a few complete and well articulated specimens. This is the best one found from that outcrop that is now no longer accessible to collecting. This outstanding specimen measures 1 1/4" long.
