Euphoberia armigeraShelburn FormationSullivan County, INPennsylvanianHere is an extremely rare millipede from the fossiliferous coal fields of southwestern Indiana. This specimen, Euphoberia armigera, measures 2" long around the curve and is one of the rarer specimens found in Indiana. Millipedes in the Indiana fauna are a lot rarer than ones found in the Mazon Creek fauna. It has been fossilized in the lateral view. The legs and head can be easily seen.
