Here is a beautifully preserved insect wing found from the fossiliferous coal fields of southwestern Indiana. This specimen measures 1 1/2" long and is extremely 3-D. The venation and detail is easily seen in this huge wing from Indiana. This might be the nicest insect wing ever to be found from Indiana.
