Dresbachia Trilobites

Dresbachia amata 

Weeks Formation

Here is a beautiful example of a Dresbachia amata, which is considered to be very rare in the Weeks Formation. This specimen is very 3-D, has great preservation, and shows remnants of a predatory bite mark on the lower right pleural lobe of the thoracic area. This great specimen measures 7/8" long, which is large for this genus.
